If an irrigation system was not installed when the garden was
created, it is not too late! Arquiscape can plan and install a complete
irrigation system – or to install it in phases – even
in a mature garden.
The first step is a site survey. This will confirm which areas
need irrigation, the types of shrubs and plants to be irrigated,
water quality and any particular obstacles to installation. Lawn
areas are analysed separately to ensure sufficient overlap of
spray units. From this, plans are produced to show the most efficient
irrigation network and the size, number and type of switch board
controllers, electro valves and sprinklers required.
Along with these plans, an itemised quotation is produced, showing
each part of the garden in detail.
On average, and assuming favourable weather conditions, work on
a small plot of around 500m² would be completed in one week,
while installation on a larger plot of some 3,000m² would take
2-3 weeks.
